In the midst of an existential crisis, I found baking sourdough cookies to be a salve for my soul. I discovered deep comfort, presence, and a sense of bliss in the expression of creating through baking.

Warm chocolate chip cookies have always been my favorite sweet treats. I wanted to craft my own recipe that was indulgent and satisfying at first bite and long after. Ingredients that were gentler on my digestion and satisfied my cravings for a treat.

What started as something personal has become something I'm grateful to share. I hope these cookies bring you moments of presence, warmth, and delight, as they continue to bring me.
